Attorney Leslie Barrows interest in becoming a lawyer started while she was completing her undergraduate degree at Sam Houston State University. It was during an internship at a criminal defense firm that she made the decision to attend law school, which she did at Oklahoma City University. After several years working through many different legal disciplines, she found that family law was her passion. Since forming the Barrows Firm in 2006, Leslie has built an award-winning practice by providing excellent legal counsel, successfully resolving issues, and treating clients like family.

Leslie Barrows continues to be an active member in the Fort Worth and Denton legal communities.  She is very involved with juvenile law, including Legal Aid of Northwest Texas, CASA of Tarrant County, and has been an integral part of the Juvenile Law Seminar in Fort Worth since 2009.  She was voted Metroport Teen Court Judge of the Year in 2013.  In addition, the firm is a sponsor of the Carroll ISD We Care Program and Leslie a member of the Executive Board of the Carroll Education Foundation. In 2022, Leslie was elected to Vice President of the Marine Military Academy PTO in Harlingen, TX.

Leslie has won Small Business of the Year from the Southlake Chamber of Commerce, named a “Great Woman of Texas” by Fort Worth Business Press, named Top Attorney by Southlake Style, Fort Worth Magazine, 360 West, and Marquis Top Lawyers.
